Join us for a virtual cocktail class with Tristan Bradock, author of home bar tending handbook The 315 Somerset Street Cocktail Companion, and learn how to create your very own cocktail inspired by AM Dumouchel's "Google Optical Spectrum", on view in OAG’s current exhibition Filtered. Sketchy Thursdays

Sketchy Thursdays

Join us online via Zoom on the last Thursday of each month to learn observational sketching techniques from an educator at the Ottawa Art Gallery.

On May 27, we will draw illusionary compositions. Referencing the oeuvres of contemporary artist Kosisochukwu Nnebe and historical painter Hans Holbein, we will create imagined scenes in which mirrors and reflections will both reveal and deceive.

The workshop will be lead by Alexia-Leana Kokozaki, a Canadian-Cypriot artist based in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.
