DESCRIPTION:Join us on the first Wednesday of the month in the Studio to explore creative play that engages toddlers and their caregivers during Toddler Mornings at Ottawa Art Gallery. Explore a variety of activities that foster creativity and problem solving skills. \nOn November 2\, we will create nature collage crafts and a collaborative fall-themed mural. Dress for mess! \nToddler Mornings are led by OAG Educator Wendy Moir. Wendy is passionate about art education and has taught visual literacy at galleries in Kingston\, Halifax and Ottawa since 2003. \n \nNO REGISTRATION REQUIRED \nSpots are available on a first come first served basis. The project was initiated and organized by Andrea Przygonski\, an artist and curator who lives in Adelaide. Nine pairs of creators – each person in the pair on a different continent – worked collaboratively on their artworks which ultimately resulted in an exhibition in Adelaide\, Sister City II_Change. An Intercontinental Collaborative Project in April 2022 at Praxis Artspace. Judith wrote an exhibition essay for the catalogue.
