R\u00e9trospective de Norman Takeuchi<\/em><\/a> vient tout juste d\u2019\u00eatre lanc\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comprenant des textes d&rsquo;Alexandra Badzak, de Frances Itani, de Bryce Kanbara, de Sachiko Okuda, et de Catherine Sinclair, ainsi que des illustrations de David Collier, cette publication accompagne <em>\u00catre entre les formes. R\u00e9trospective de Norman Takeuchi<\/em>, une exposition qui met en lumi\u00e8re le travail de l\u2019artiste d\u2019Ottawa Norman Takeuchi. Elle comprend des images de dessins, de peintures et de gravures datant de 1961 \u00e0 2022. Ces \u0153uvres t\u00e9moignent de la rigueur artistique assidue de Takeuchi, ainsi que de son engagement personnel \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019impact de l\u2019internement et de la dispersion forc\u00e9e des personnes canadiennes japonaises pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les textes, ainsi que la contribution graphique de David Collier, permettent de mieux saisir la pratique artistique de Takeuchi, l\u2019histoire de sa vie et ses relations avec les sc\u00e8nes artistiques canadienne et internationale.
