CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
[Recto] A loose sketch depicts two icebergs, floating on the horizon in the distance, set against a sky filled with sweeping cloud. A vast body of water with floes of ice is stretched before them.[Verso] Two sketches on the same page; perpendicular to one another. The larger of the two, set on the horizontal plane, depicts a single iceberg, surrounded by water, against a clouded sky. The second, is of a single iceberg floating in choppy water before a range of low, rolling mountains in the background. The sky has a series of quick, vertical lines drawn above the land.
