CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
A painting depicting a fractured self-portrait of the artist. A woman with black hair, a black dress and a long string of pearls is painted from different angles in a series of thin, vertical bands. The strips are in alternating colours of red, green, blue, yellow and mauve. The pearl necklace also changes color in each band.
