CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
A mixed media collage displayed in a shadowbox frame that is considered part of the work itself. The collage is made with red and black striped "Nespresso" cardboard packaging in the background, overlaid with a round cushion that has a striped and floral pattern. Over the cushion, at the centre of the image, is a trapezoidal piece of black and white cardboard. In the lower right corner, a gold foil wine bottle cap is adhered to the nespresso carton. Some torn cardboard with a red vertical mark is positioned near the bottle cap. The collage sits on a white background. The frame itself has thick sides and is made of rough, weathered wood. A thin bronze border surrounds the shadowbox.
