A landscape portraits a waterfront scene. A shore, of vegetation and sand, is present on foreground. The body of water occupies the second plan, painted with two distinctive blues, light and dark, vertically separating the lake in two. In the background, the light blue sky presents a contrasting and defined pinkish vertical line, crossing the composition from left to right.
