Katherine Knight: Wind and Water

This publication was published in conjunction with Katherine Knight’s solo exhibition, Wind and Water, held at the Ottawa Art Gallery in 2004. An award-winning photographer, Knight captures the natural landscapes of Central and Eastern Canada in intimate portraits. These geographic settings are combined with more particularized notions of memory and narrative, achieved either through direct intervention or spontaneously captured moments. Fully illustrated in black and white, this exhibition catalogue features work from over 25 years of Knight’s work, and includes an essay by guest curator Cheryl Sourkes.
