2. Letter of Recommendation(Required) Please submit a letter of recommendation from one peer that describes how your artwork, and practice, demonstrate the themes of healing, renewal and community, and includes a description of your community affiliations and support work (maximum one page).

4. Artist Curriculum Vitae(Required) Please upload your artist CV that lists relevant information such as your history of community engagements, workshops, installations, exhibitions or other opportunities that have demonstrated your engagement with the thematics of healing, renewal and community (maximum 3 pages).
Please note that this requirement is for additional context only, and the jury will place more weight on the artist statement, proposed artwork, and letter of recommendation.
