Barry Fong is an intellectual property lawyer and a partner of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, one of Canada’s leading national business law firms. A passion for the arts runs through both his personal and professional life. In his work, Barry advises businesses, industry associations, public art institutions, galleries and artists on a wide range of intellectual property issues. Outside of work, Barry is a frequently gallery-goer, a collector of contemporary Canadian art and an avid supporter of the Ottawa arts community. As a director and the current chair of its Acquisitions & Collections Committee, Barry is committed to making the OAG a top cultural anchor in Ottawa.
