The Ottawa Art Gallery (OAG), Giant Tiger and Kids Help Phone are collaborating for Pink Shirt Day 2025. Pink Shirt Day is celebrated every year on the last Wednesday of February to raise awareness about bullying. We are looking for youth ages 15-25 to produce a design for a t-shirt in a 2-part workshop series led by illustrator and comic book artist Andy Akangah. All participants will have their work exhibited at OAG in 2025 but one design will be selected for a fundraising t-shirt in support of Kids Help Phone to be sold in all Giant Tiger locations for Pink Shirt Day 2025.
