The Ottawa Art Gallery is honored to be the host venue for 24hr Yogapalooza 2023, sponsored by Tony Graham Automotive Group and Trend Micro!
For the 6th consecutive year, 24hr Yogapalooza will once again be raising money for childhood cancer care and research at CHEO. They have raised over $260,000 in the first five years of the event and they are excited to keep that momentum growing as they challenge participants to 24-hours of yoga over two days in 2023.
The first 12 hours of yoga will take place on Saturday, September 30 from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, followed by the remaining 12 hours on Sunday, October 1 from 8:00 AM – 8:00PM. Participants can choose to participate hour-by-hour (so you can come and go as you please), or challenge yourself to a full 24-hour yoga marathon! Each hour will feature a different yoga instructor and you will get to experience a range of different yoga styles, all while being surrounded by inspiring local artwork in the heart of downtown Ottawa within the beautiful Ottawa Art Gallery.
If you enjoy yoga and want to help make a difference in the lives of the children and youth at CHEO, during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in September, be sure to visit their website and register today!
Registration is FREE, and participants can choose to fundraise solo or as a team.
