Join civic leaders, cultural partners, artists, businesses, and community members for the official public launch of Ottawa’s downtown ACE District, a dynamic destination dedicated to Arts, Culture, and Entertainment

This milestone event will formally introduce the ACE District as a unique collaboration between the City of Ottawa, cultural institutions and organizations, artists, BIAs, and the business community, reflecting the strength of Ottawa’s creative ecosystem as an important catalyst for downtown renewal.
This celebration will also mark the official opening of the Bloomberg Art Project Asphalt Art Initiative and Arts Corridor, and introduce Immersive International, a global creative design and innovation studio delivering an exciting Ottawa 200 experience later this summer.
The afternoon will feature:
- Opening remarks from His Worship Mayor Mark Sutcliffe and other community leaders
- Inspiring perspectives from local cultural and creative leaders
- An immersive guided experience through the District featuring public art, live performances, creative activations, wayfinding elements, and previews of upcoming cultural programming
