Weekly art and wellness workshops for mental health
Join us on Zoom for a creative workshop with Gallery Educator Abigail Kashul. The workshops aim to foster holistic wellness by providing multidisciplinary creative exploration in an open and supportive environment.
Sketchbook Summer
During our summer sessions of Creative Space, we’ll be focused on filling up a sketchbook with observations and a variety drawing techniques. This is a great way to create a visual diary of day to day life.
We are pleased to offer limited spaces to the public to participate in our Creative Space Online program. Subsidized art kits containing the required materials for the program are available in-person at the OAG shop during regular open hours for $35 until June 14.
The next session will begin on June 26 and run through to August 14.
Registration opens May 10 – June 14.
Since 2015, the OAG has partnered with the The Royal Mental Health Centre on Creative Space, a program that encourages mental health and social inclusion through weekly drop-in art-making workshops.
To register and for more information on this program, please contact Alexis Boyle aboyle@oaggao.ca
