Join us on October 30th for a special Creative Sunday celebrating the Day of the Dead! From 10 AM – 2 PM in the Studio, we invite you to participate in the creation of two special items related to the Day of the Dead celebrations.
The artist Fernando Trigo, who organized the installation of the ofrenda, or altar, in the Mackenzie King Lobby, will help you to create a colourful calavera (or skull) of your own design. The artist Dulce Tapp will also be on hand to lead you in the creation of an ancestral collage.
All activities are free and offered in a drop-in format.
