HENNA TATTOOS WITH NAHEEN AHMED
Join us for a FREE youth art drop-in! Open to youth aged 15-25, materials and snacks are provided during the workshop.
Learn to make your very own henna tattoos! This workshop is part history lesson and part hands-on learning, you will learn about henna tattoos’ origin story and the culture behind it. Along with how to hold and design your very own unique henna design for your hands.

Naheen Ahmed (she/her) is an Ottawa-based artist who explores culture and disability through her art, under the name Self_Saboteur. She is not a henna artist for hire but loves teaching others about different art techniques and art history of South Asia.
