Instructor Bio: Fatuma (she/her) is a certified Yoga teacher who believes that through self awareness, mindfulness, connection, and self acceptance… healing can occur. Her classes are a dynamic combination of rhythm (mindfulness), fluidity (poetry), and asana (movement). Yoga for Fatuma is community building. Making space for all to feel seen, heard, honoured, and respected and her credo is that we are each responsible for our own well being, our light, and our spaces before all else. When we’ve filled our own cups, it’s only then that we are able to pour into the world around us.
