[Recto] A loose sketch on perforated paper depicting a town. Foreground presents a roughly sketch fence and a person working the soil on the bottom right. Behind, another person works on the ground in a yard presenting sheds and tree logs. In the background, in the middle of the composition, a church's spire arises in front of a lightly sketched sky. [Verso] A series of several notes written in cursive and loose preliminary sketches of elements present on the recto composition.
