CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
[Recto] A sketch depicts a village in winter, with a road leading from the foreground through the center of it. On the road are several figures and a horse-drawn sleigh (animal). In the background is a church (building) with a tall spire that rises up the centre of the image. Some notations are made on the image.[Verso] Three farmhouses drawn in perspective. The house in the foreground is only partially drawn, and some notations accompany the drawning. The house in the background, shown only in outline, has a plume of smoke emerging from the chimney.
