CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
A cartoon-like sketch depicts a chaotic urban scene in which a crowd of people in the foreground flee from a construction zone in the middle of the street in the background. There are buildings lining both sides of the street and a large sign reads "BUSINESS AS USUAL DURING ALTERATIONS". The arm of a large excavator is suspended over the construction site, with debris falling from it.
