[Recto] A watercolour sketch in saturated blues and greens depicts a close-up of a plant with pinnate compound leaves.[Verso] An ink sketch depicts a figure in the lower left portion of the page, with their back to the viewer, wearing a hat and holding something under their right arm, and a study of four pelicans (birds, animal) in various stages of completion.
