CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
(Recto) A loose sketch depicts three seated men reading, with a table drawn across the foreground so that the men are only seen from the chest up. The man on the right wears a brimmed hat and is holding a large book out in front of himself; the central figure rests his elbow on the table as he looks down at his literature; the man on the left is holding two fingers pressed below his temple. (Verso) A rough sketch depicts three figures; a male and two females, standing on the right side of the page and a man with a luggage cart loosely drawn on the left in the background. The figures are wearing long coats and hats.
