CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
[Recto] The image depicts a lake shore with a line of coniferous trees in various shades of green along the background and the reflection of the trees in the water in the forefront. The water in the foreground, along the bottom of the painting, is blue-grey.[Verso] A painting of bare, black tree branches that fill the frame of the painting, with blurred patches of yellow, green, brown and crimson in the background. There is a strip of grey-blue sky above.
