An expressive and colourful portrayal of a group of figures in white and grey robes gathered in front of a church on the left. There is a grey fence in the foreground on the left and figures in red and purple robes along it. There is another, larger church in the distance on the right and a blue figure rising above the crowd on the right. The scene is surrounded by a landscape painted in brown and red.
