CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
A loose black ink sketch depicts two long bearded figures at the centre of the image, surrounded by bamboo-like foliage shaded in with an ink wash. The figure on the right is seated in profile, looking to the left, with their hands held together in front of him. The other looks at the viewer.
