CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
A sombre hued painting of a group of figures, gathered around a strange vehicle that appears to be a whale made out of metal scraps mounted on the base of a bicycle. "Ascot Heath" is painted on the side. There are white streamers scattered around the image, and some people are wearing party hats.
