CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
An acrylic painting depicts a funeral scene of an open burial with a closed casket in the ground surrounded by nude figures in the center of a graveyard. There are scattered headstones in a rural landscape, and three cows (animals) at the left bottom corner. The nude figures group together. On the left side of the image, there is a larger headstone and a figure in black robes stands near it. In the background, there is a river cutting across the image and a landscape of rolling, patchwork hills.
