CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
An acrylic painting depicts a group of nude figures involved in numerous actives in the center of a rural landscape. They are holding banners, climbing up bare trees, reading, fighting, praying, painting on an easel, and hanging banners on bare trees. The trees have spiky branches and resemble wooden crosses. Just below the centre of the image is an open grave with an emaciated figure seated on its edge. There are big clouds in the sky, and near the top left side, there is a faint figure floating in one of the clouds. The ground is yellow and cuts off at the horizon line, with one mountain in the distance.
