CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
The image depicts a rolling landscape featuring a river winding through the scene on the left side of the painting. The river and hills are prominently outlined in black. Softer hues of purple, green, yellow, and blue fill the landscape, which occupies most of the frame except for a sliver of blue and white sky in the distance.
