CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
A painting of an imagined urban scene,created though the fusion of various architectural elements. The central feature is a tall crimson-purple hued silver scaffold that rises to support a large flat grey panel in the top portion of the painting. A large animal (bird) is perched on a rod extending from the scaffold to the left. A variety of rectangular objects are stacked up around the scaffold in the foreground, painted mainly in pink, purple and red tones. The sky is filled with a flat haze of muted blue-lilac.
