This publication is Ottawa artist Pat Durr’s first career monograph. Covering 30 years of artistic practice, this exhibition catalogue accompanies the retrospective exhibition entitled Pat Durr: Persistence of Chaos held at the OAG in 2012. Highlighting several decades of Durr’s work, from early drawings of the 1960s to explosive multi-panel paintings from the 1980s, as well as her large-scale collagraphic monoprints, and Soda Culture web-based and installation project of recent years, this catalogue also features essays by curator Catherine Sinclair and Jen Budney.
