The OAG would like to extend our thanks to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and the Korean Cultural Centre Canada (KCC) as we wrap-up what was an exemplary partnership. Through their successful application to Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange (KOFICE), they were able to financially and logistically support the international exhibition 리듬풍경 RhythmScape (organized and circulated by The Gyeonggi Museum of Modern Art, South Korea) at the OAG in 2020. Originally shown in South Korea and then in Japan, the North American debut of this exhibition featured a variety of contemporary artistic strategies that measure the pulse of life, society and work, and included instances of Korean-language programming and a variety of multi-lingual online content. Partnerships with embassies and their cultural organizations such as the KCC help us to engage with the community in deeper ways.
