After showing at the Wanuskewin Heritage Center in Saskatoon and the Art Gallery of Algoma last year, Wrapped in Culture is now making its Australian leg of the tour.
On January 23, 2021, the exhibition opened at the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery in Launceston, Tasmania, with trawlwoolway artist Vicki West in attendance. After this stop, it’s off to the Footscray Community Arts Centre in Victoria, Australia this August before it makes its return to Canada in early 2022, where it will open at the Thunder Bay Art Gallery.
