CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
The painting depicts a river surrounded by a rocky and grassy shore. Blowing wind is suggested by the angularity and direction of the loose brushstroke towards the left. In the top left, a tall tree stands in front of the cloudy sky. A small wooden fence is present on the right side, positioned on the land and reaching the waterfront. On the horizon, a body of land is depicted by layers of green, beige and dark blue.
