Melanie Yugo is a Filipina-Canadian researcher, artist, educator, and multidisciplinary programmer. She co-founded and directs Possible Worlds, a community-driven project space and publisher, and Object//Project Art Book Fair. In parallel, Melanie has fostered a progressive career in inclusive social and cultural public policy. Her work is motivated by the beliefs that everyone should have access to opportunities to shape cultural and civic life, and that creating, enjoying, knowledge-sharing, and community-building in art are all connected.
