Describe your proposed artwork and how the proposed artwork demonstrates the themes of cultural continuity, resilience, and community connection (maximum 350 words).
2. Letter of Recommendation and Community Connections(Required) Please submit a letter of recommendation from one peer that describes how your proposed artwork, and practice, demonstrate the themes of cultural continuity, resilience, and community connection, and also describes your community affiliations and support work (maximum one page).
3. Images(Required)
Please upload up to 1-5 images of the proposed artwork, showing a variety of perspectives to best show its scope and scale (maximum 5 images).
